Enquiry
You send a part number, a specification or a full list. Our engineers confirm what is needed and ask about the application.

Sourcing and quotation
We source from the manufacturers we represent and from international suppliers, and send you one quotation with price, lead time and delivery terms.

Order and expediting
On your order we place the purchases, follow each supplier's delivery date and report progress.

Import and delivery
Goods are consolidated in Johannesburg, imported and cleared through customs in Mozambique, and delivered to your site.

Installation and support
Our technicians install and commission the equipment where required, and remain your contact for warranty, spares and maintenance.
